Thess INTEC and HCDI signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 7, 2025, with the aim of strengthening the involvement of leading experts from the defense industry in the Greek technology ecosystem.
As HCDI’s CEO, Mr. Pantelis Tzortzakis, emphasized, the core mission is to update and increase the overall production potential capacity in Greece. He considers Thess INTEC as the right partner for Northern Greece and the Balkans, acting as a real catalyst and a match maker.
Defense initiatives is a critical step for Greece, that has been long overdue, as Mr. Nikos Efthymiadis, Chairman and CEO of Thess INTEC, noted. It is also essential for building national sufficiency and a robust technology identity.
