His main duties were to offer liaison, networking, innovation, and IP support services with the overall aim to support a more effective technology transfer and more influential innovation. Working for CERTH, he participated in several innovation projects studying issues such as innovation ecosystems, clusters, regional innovation policy, science communication. He has supported as organizer and as a speaker many training seminars, workshops, B2B sessions, innovation events and conferences.

Nikos is passionate about all forms of innovation and very curious to investigate the role of human mind and knowledge dynamics in the eternal process of innovation particularly in large contexts such as parks, districts, and regions. He is an amateur beekeeper exercising nomadic beekeeping and (hopefully) a good father of little George.
